What’s your job title at Heartland Reps? I'm the new Territory Manager for the Nebraska area.
How did you get into the foodservice industry? I've always loved food and cooking. I was a server in college and then became a dietary manager in long-term care after college.
Where do you think the industry is headed for the future? I think it's going to grow and become more 'quick' and 'convenient' as people have less free time but enjoy great food and drinks.
Do you have a favorite food or beverage? A medium-rare fillet with a glass of cabernet sauvignon.
What's your favorite restaurant? Lo Sole Mio
Do you have a standard go-to order you place? Yes, pizza and a Diet Coke!
What's on your travel bucket list? Taking a vacation to the Maldives.
Do you cook when you're at home? If so, what's our favorite tool or appliance? Yes, I love to cook, My favorite tools are sharp knives and an immersion circulator (sous vide machine).
Are there any shows you're binge-watching right now? This Is Us, Queer Eye, Trafficked, and any Netflix documentary that's on the air.
Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself? I have two dogs - Katie is a Catahoula/Heeler mix and Kahlua is a mini AussieDoodle. I love a good all-inclusive resort and Caribbean vacations are my favorites. I enjoy trying new restaurants and bars, and I have a major sweet tooth!
